Description of the project: Increase the client’s global sales and brand value with the aid of a well-automated international checkout framework. Enhance the user experience by means of responsive, personalized and faster search options. Integrate existing feeds into a comprehensive framework with minimal admin intervention.
Challenges: Client’s existing e-Commerce platform could not cater to international customers leading to order and revenue loss. Client decided to implement a robust Oracle Commerce based responsive and multi-site e-commerce site before the holiday season that could cater to US as well as international customers.
Solution provided: Redesigned the existing site with a multi-channel, multi-site and responsive Oracle ATG e-Commerce application to provide a personalized shopping experience across desktops, tablets and mobiles. Enhanced the search experience with a customized Oracle Endeca implementation. Integrated a third party International Checkout implementation to facilitate a country-specific browsing experience and shipping across multiple countries. Seamlessly integrated the feed processes into a comprehensive framework to automate all existing feeds from various vendors.
